I’ll admit, being a former business school type, I’m a sucker for really good, humorous advertising. Also is example how an advertising campaign turns viral.

Two men are fishing in a boat under a bridge, as a funeral procession starting to cross the bridge. Then one of the fishermen stands up, removes his cap and bows his head.

After the procession has crossed the bridge, the man puts on his cap, picks up his rod and reel, and continues fishing.

The other fisherman says, “That was really touching, man. I didn’t know you had it in you.�

Then the first guy says, “Well, I guess it was the right thing to do, after all, I was married to her for 40 years.�

The Colorado State Department of Fish and Wildlife is advising hikers, hunters, fishermen, and golfers to take extra precautions and be on the alert for bears.

The advisory cautions people to wear noise-producing devices such as little bells on their clothing to alert bears of their presence and to not startle them unexpectedly. They also advise you to carry pepper spray in case of an encounter with a bear. Read more »
